Dear Applicant,
Thank you for sending me an application for Media Accreditation for the 2008 CIS “Final 8” Men’s Basketball National Championship. At this time I have to inform you your application was turned down due to the numerous volume of applicants that we received for the Championship. There was only so much room on the Court Floor and in the Media Center.

Interesting. Did I mention that this never happened to me in Halifax in 05? You’ll have to ask Ms. Collum about where she was seated. And they didn’t have room at Scotia Place? An NHL rink? Interesting. Maybe Marg McGregor read something you wrote about her that she didn’t like, Rossy.

I think it probably had more to do with Ross being from a University paper whose team wasn’t playing than anything else, seeing as how I’ve heard no problems about getting into Moncton for hockey (which I’d assume would be much tougher thanks to a smaller rink and bigger demand with two NB teams in the tourney).
