Yao Ming out for the season. After we trashed the Rockets’ start to 07-08, they had finally seemed to be putting it all together. Currently sitting on a 12-game winning streak, the Rockets announced today that Yao is done for the season with a foot/leg injury. Tracy McGrady may well be on suicide watch.

It’s faerie, with the a and the e touching, like in old times, when they spelled time like tyme.
I can’t take credit for the headline this time. When Yao was drafted me and Danny sat around thinking up headlines. Here’s a sampling:
